ABOUT US
The Sages International Culinary Business School
Sages Academy was established on October 16, 2019, as stipulated by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Decree Number 983/KPT/1/2019. This milestone is closely tied to the vision of Dr. Kim Manjo, a food technology expert from South Korea, who earned a doctoral degree in Food Anthropology from Walden University, United States. Dr. Kim Manjo's dedication and passion for education were manifested in the formation of the Sages International Foundation on October 3, 2006, headquartered in Surabaya. The foundation's primary goal is to empower Indonesia's younger generation by advancing knowledge and education in the culinary field.
