Pradita University held a Batavia-themed culinary competition that showcased students’ creativity in presenting authentic Betawi flavors using modern techniques. Two representatives from Akademi Sages, Patricia Christie and Ebbya Kamga, won a Gold Medal through their innovative dishes that preserved the authenticity of Betawi cuisine.
