Angelus Juan Marian, a 2022 student of Akademi Sages, proudly represented Indonesia at the Forum Hotel Malaysia culinary competition in Kuala Lumpur. Showcasing Indonesia’s traditional dish, pepes, and a creative dessert fusion, Juan’s impressive performance earned him a silver medal in the professional category.

Sages Academy produces skilled and innovative chefs who are ready to compete in the culinary industry. Through an entrepreneurship-based culinary education, the academy not only teaches cooking techniques but also nurtures future foodpreneurs with strong business insight and creativity.

Ciputra University, through its Department of Humanities and Interdisciplinary Studies, continues to strengthen students’ foreign language and cultural competence. One of its initiatives, the Kimchi-Making Class held in collaboration with Sages Academy through SKCC, allowed Korean language students to experience Korean culture firsthand by learning the traditional art of making kimchi.
